FAQ

Getting Started

Yes. Your No Sweat Intro is free. Book a time to meet a coach, talk through your goals and schedule, and leave with a plan that fits you. Your coach may recommend group training, private training, online coaching or other resources.

Arize Training Club offers coach-led training and selected open-gym windows. Every group session is coach-led with a 40-minute workout that blends cardio and strength training. Sessions are scalable for every fitness level, from beginners to advanced athletes.

Book a free No Sweat Intro first. We will talk through your goals, schedule and starting point, then recommend a plan that fits. Your plan may include group training, private training, online coaching or other resources.

Bring your questions, your schedule and any plan you made with our guides. Your coach will talk through your goals and help you choose the right next step.

Start by booking a free intro session online. It takes about 30 minutes — you sit down with a coach, talk through your goals, and leave with a plan. Your intro is a conversation with a coach. You can reach us by phone at (405) 358-3266 if you have questions before your first visit.

We are located at 831 N Cemetery Rd Suite B-5, Yukon, OK 73099. ATC members drive from across the metro to train here, including from Yukon, Mustang, Piedmont, El Reno, Blanchard, Tuttle, and NW Oklahoma City.

Perfect. Our coaches modify every movement for every level. You're not expected to keep up with anyone — you're expected to show up. Beginners and advanced athletes train side by side, and we handle the rest.

No. We have members from age 12 to 65. The only thing they had in common on day one was showing up for the first time.

Workouts & Programs

Each 40-minute session blends resistance training, HIIT, functional work, and conditioning into one cohesive workout. Every class is coach-led to guide form and intensity. The programming is designed to be scalable, so every fitness level trains together while working at their own appropriate intensity.

ATC uses periodized strength programming — not random WODs or heart-rate chasing. Coach-led support means you get actual form coaching and accountability, not just an instructor with a mic. And every session is scalable, so you train at your level while progressing every cycle.

Every group session is coach-led. That means more attention, better form corrections, and real accountability every time you show up.

Our coaches modify every movement for individual needs. Beginners and athletes dealing with injuries or physical limitations train alongside more advanced members in the same sessions. The coaching staff is experienced in scaling workouts to meet you exactly where you are.

Comfortable activewear and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle and a towel. We provide all the equipment you need.

The Unlimited membership is $35/week ($149/month equivalent) with a 12-month commitment. You can choose to pay weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — whatever fits your budget.

Childcare

Yes. Kidsclub has an attendant while you train, for ages 6 months to 12 years. It is available during group classes except 5 AM and 6 AM, and during Tuesday and Thursday noon open gym. The membership add-on is $10/month.

6 months to 12 years. At 12, kids are eligible for a discounted youth membership to train with a parent.

Kidsclub is a $10/month membership add-on.

A Kidsclub attendant is present during Kidsclub windows: group classes except 5 AM and 6 AM, plus Tuesday and Thursday noon open gym.

Bring all of them. There's no per-child limit.

It's Kidsclub during your workout. You drop your kids with our attendant, train, and pick them up on your way out — you're in the building the whole time. That's the difference: we're not a daycare, so there's no day to book and no daycare hours to work around.

Start with a booked, free No Sweat Intro. We will talk through your goals and schedule and help you choose a plan that fits. Kidsclub is available during its scheduled windows as a $10/month membership add-on.

More Questions

Personal Training

It's a 15-minute conversation with a coach. We'll talk about your goals, your training history, and what's been holding you back. Then we'll show you how we'd build your program. No commitment required.

Yes. Many of our PT clients also attend group classes. Your coach can design your programming to complement your group training schedule.

That's exactly who personal training is for. Your coach starts where you are and builds from there — no expectations, no comparisons. You'll learn the movements, build confidence, and progress at your pace.

No. Personal training is available in single sessions or ongoing packages. We'll discuss options during your free consult and find what fits your goals and schedule.

More Questions

Nutrition Coaching

No. Nutrition coaching is available to anyone — members and non-members alike. That said, members who pair coaching with training tend to see faster results.

Coaching. You'll get a customized nutrition strategy, but the real value is the ongoing relationship — regular check-ins, adjustments, and a coach who helps you build habits that last. Not a PDF you'll forget in a week.

No. Sustainable nutrition isn't about restriction. Your coach builds your plan around the foods you enjoy and the lifestyle you live. If a plan makes you miserable, it won't last.

Pricing depends on the coaching format and frequency. Schedule a free consult and your coach will walk you through options that fit your goals and budget.

Frequency depends on your plan, but most members check in weekly or biweekly. Your coach is also available between sessions for quick questions.

More Questions

HSA / FSA

TrueMed specializes in this process — it's faster (3 minutes vs. scheduling a doctor visit), cheaper ($30 one-time vs. a copay), and they guarantee reimbursement once you qualify.

No. ATC cannot accept HSA/FSA cards at checkout. You pay your membership as normal, then submit receipts to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.

Your savings equal your income tax rate. Most members save 30–40% on their membership by reimbursing with pre-tax funds.

If TrueMed determines you don't qualify for an LMN, you won't be charged the $30 fee.

More Questions

ATC Community Circles

A Community Circle is a small group of ATC members — typically 3 to 8 people — who meet up regularly around a shared interest. It's how we extend the community beyond the gym floor.

Visit the Community Circles page and use the contact email listed with each Circle. We'll introduce you to the circle lead and get you connected.

Book your free No Sweat Intro first. A coach will help you choose the training plan that fits your goals and schedule.

Any active ATC member. You don't need to be a coach or have any formal qualifications — just passion for the topic and a willingness to organize meetups.

That's up to the Circle. Some meet weekly, some monthly, some only during challenge seasons. The only rule is: if nobody's showing up, it's not really a Circle.

Start one. Seriously. If you've got an interest and a few people who share it, that's all you need. We'll help you launch it.

Locations & Drive Times

Suite B-5. We sit behind Triad and Everise Asian Grocery, so the building isn't visible from Cemetery Rd itself. If you've reached Aldi and Sonic, you're right on top of us.

About 10 minutes door-to-door from most parts of Mustang (73064). We're at 831 N Cemetery Rd, Suite B-5 in Yukon — straight up Mustang Rd or Sara Rd to Cemetery.

Members from Edmond have answered yes for years. Most trade a chain gym they didn't love for actual coaching they do. The drive becomes background once the workout becomes good.

Members from El Reno have made the drive for years. The math: you can train at a coaching-led, programmed-workout gym 18 minutes away, or settle for less. Most pick the drive.

It's about 25 minutes — same as crossing OKC at rush hour. Most Blanchard members find a class time that misses peak traffic.

Not really. The combination of programmed coaching, coach-led support, and on-site Kidsclub is unique to ATC within 30 minutes of Tuttle.

Coaching, programming, and Kidsclub. Bethany has chains. ATC has all three of those things every other day-pass option doesn't.

Closer doesn't mean better. Warr Acres has gym options — but real coaching, programmed workouts, and on-site Kidsclub don't exist closer than ATC.

Most members ask once and stop asking after their first month. The combination of real coaching and real programming isn't available closer.

Mid-morning (9:15 AM) and early evening (4:30 PM, 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM) tend to be the easiest from Edmond. Avoid 5:00 PM start times if you're commuting from northeast Edmond — traffic can stretch your drive.
